Vegan Sriracha Aioli


Vegan Sriracha Aioli for Hybrid Burger

You cannot eat a good burger without some sort of condiment slathered on top! As part of my Hybrid Burger, I made this quick and easy Vegan Sriracha Aioli using Huy Fong Foods (@huyfongfoods) Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce and Follow Your Heart (@followyourheart) Vegenaise. Feel free to add more or less sriracha depending on your spiciness preference. All I am going to say is do not be stingy when adding this to your burger. Grab a few extra napkins and get messy!


INGREDIENTS

1 cup Vegenaise

1 to 2 tbsp sriracha

Zest & juice of 1 lime

2 garlic cloves, minced

Salt & pepper to taste


DIRECTIONS

  1. In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix until well combined.

  2. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.


The Hybrid Burger served with Black Bean Burger, Sweet Potato Rösti, Crispy Onion Strips, Vegan Smoked Gouda, and Sriracha Aioli on a Brioche Bun
