I dreamt about this sauce before I even made it for my Gobbler Bombs. I love a good aioli on anything that resembles a sandwich or burger. When I was brainstorming how I wanted to incorporate cranberry sauce into my Gobbler Bombs, I knew this was going to be part of the "moist maker" (name that reference!). Not only does this taste amazing, but the bright pink color is absolutely beautiful. It added the right pop of color to the Gobbler Bombs and was a sweet and tangy compliment to the savory flavors in the sliders.
INGREDIENTS
½ cup Vegenaise
½ cup homemade cranberry sauce
½ tbsp rosemary infused olive oil
1 tsp dried rosemary
½ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp sea salt
DIRECTIONS
In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix until well combined.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Allow to rest for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to blend.
